The reception staff is friendly. Location is very close to the NU mall and the central KL station
The room is so dirty. I found spider threads in the closet and its shelf was fully covered with dust. I had to clean inside the closet to put my clothes. The light of the bathroom was on all night for three nights, its switch is broken. I complained about that but never fixed until the last day. I asked to clean the room, especially the floor, but not done well. Bedsheets and pillowcases are dirty with yellow spots all over them. I had to bring my own bedding to replace there's. No bin in the bathroom. The room is overlooking the backstreet were in the early morning they start cooking local food which smells enter into the room. Not nice.
