Helpful staff, especially when I lost my phone. The breakfast staff are delightful. The pool is deep and cool: one of the best pools I've used and I travel to Bali many times a year.

Our 2 bedroom unit was clean and the enclosed patio area was a great place to sit. The pool was clean and right outside our patio entrance. The Balinese style architecture is impressive.
The location is not the best, though once inside the hotel grounds the ambience was great. The buffet breakfast was rather basic with limited choices.
