Guests highly praised the friendly and helpful staff, the excellent location near major attractions and transport, and the quality and variety of the breakfast. Many appreciated the traditional atmosphere and cleanliness of the rooms. Some negative comments mentioned issues with room lighting, noise insulation in the old building, and occasional discomfort with shared facilities, but overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives.
