Pros:Close to shops and dining.
Cons:No breakfast or restaurant open in the hotel. I know it has to do with covid but still a bummer.
Pros:Over all poor .. no breakfast.. no coffee always out
Cons:No parking at all have to park across street and long walk
Cons:The hotel was under major renovations. Not very pleasant and not worth the money.
Pros:Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons:Hotel was overall dirty but currently undergoing construction. Limited access to pool, bar and restaurant in the hotel itself but due to location it was easy enough to find food and drink. A lot of difficulty with room keys. Spent a lot of time at desk trying to get keys that worked.
Pros:bed was top notch
Cons:Extensive remodeling made for long walking detours. Also loud music in adjacent rooms past midnight
Pros:Rooms were updated and the bed was very comfortable.
Cons:Construction and remodel during our stay made things inconvenient.
Cons:parking at the ramp and paying for the difference over what the hotel covered. complimentary coffee was empty
Pros:Had a nice bar in the hotel. The pool and hot tub were great. Rooms were really nice, with a huge bathroom. Hotel very well located to downtown. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Would stay here next time we stay in La Crosse.
Cons:Pillows were too big. Wished I would have brought my own. Prices were a little steep for us, but seemed in line with what other hotels in the downtown location were charging.
