Beware, this company has illegal practices where they try to force you into taking an additional insurance worth 3x the price of the car rental. I had to negotiate for 30 minutes for the lady to finally give up and let me drive without purchasing this useless additional insurance. Also, they advertise themselves as being located on the airport compound but this is not the case, you have to take a shuttle to go pick up the car, they only have a counter in the airport with a guy telling you which shuttle to take. Not a big deal but something to know compares to other companies that are more convenient.

Probably the worst customer service. Booked at a certain rate for an SUV. Got there, no SUV available, only a small sedan. Guess what? That's going to cost you more than the price you booked at for a lower quality car. Wait 10 minutes to be picked up and driven to the other side of the airport for the inspection. Car is given to us on flat Empty. "you need to fill it up right away". So not only did they charge us more than I booked for, they also scammed us into buying them gas!

They did not have my car. Their attitude was like "this happens". They did not help me at all to find an alternative mode of transportation. This was the worst experience of my life.

When I landed to pick up my car the young kid at the Payless counter told me I’d have to pay a deposit of $4000 USD ($80,000 pasos) in order to pick up car. Either that or pay 5x the price promised on reservation. Was a complete scam and called the customer service who told me the max deposit was $500 usd. Definitely put a damper on the trip and won’t do that again.

Good: Similar car that I booked. Bad: far from airport, charged an extra $70 for 2days of ins. Paid for ins prior and my credit card had more than plenty coverage. Took about 30mins to pick up. Waited another 10mins as they cleaned the car. Charged $1300usd deposit. Had me ride upfront with the driver and worker. Made me uncomfortable considering we are still in a pandemic
