Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore the city and access attractions. The staff received many compliments for their friendliness and helpfulness, contributing to a positive experience. The breakfast was frequently described as varied and delicious. However, some guests noted issues with cleanliness, such as dirty linens or unpleasant odors, and several found the rooms to be smaller than expected.
