Pros:It was modern, clean and the staff were very helpful and likeable. The rooms were big with lots of light and views of the lake. The bathrooms were beautiful and modern, something that's sometimes difficult to find in Italy for a good price. The best thing about the stay, however, was the restaurant. It was absolutely fantastic - definitely the best meal we had around Lake Como. The wait staff was relaxed and kind and the restaurant, inside and out, was beautiful and cool. All in all, it's a GREAT place to stay and a fully recommend it.
Cons:There's not really a town within walking distance, and taxis can sometimes be difficult to come by in the area. As a result, if you don't have a car (or want to drink), you can feel a bit stranded. That said, the front desk was great in helping arrange cars when we asked. Apart from that, our only negatives are just part of being in such a boutique hotel - the front desk is closed outside of normal business hours and our internet was down while there (though we could go down and use the restaurant's internet).
