Pros (+) It got a nice location right at London bridge. Nice place to stay, friendly staff, good complimentary breakfast that changed daily.
Cons (-) Slide pool not working, gym not working the first day we were there and it's small. Water dripping from the second floor in the main entry. Although they have a bucket but it still Bounce and some can get on you when you walk by. The day we left they had it covered the whole entire hallway so it's terrible.

Pros (+) Went for memorial weekend . Great location ! I'm sure it is much more chill and family orientated during the rest of the week . Can't wait for July 4th!
Cons (-) They need to upgrade the rooms and resort a bit . They also make you put all of your trash in one huge trash bag or else the charge you a cleaning fee .

Pros (+) Staff was nice, view of bridge.
Cons (-) The bridge view rooms are right above the club. We didn't know this. We heard the music pounding till 2 AM. The this walls allowed us to be awakened by the pipes with water rushing through. The pull out sofa couch was extremely uncomfortable .Rooms are dated. Not sure I would stay again knowing this information now.
