It has all the amenities that you need and the view from the bedroom is awesome with a patio to sit outdoors and enjoy the weather!

The view but it was very noisy until they closed the bar. We drink not prudes just like to relax.
You check in through the bar, parking is terrible. There is not a comfortable chair in the room or on patio. Beds are old and very hard,2 towels only. Really needs some updates. Seen on our checking out that they had breakfast. Was never told anything about it.

Our balcony had a beautiful view of the bridge! And the nice big jet tub was amazing. They also let us use the pedal bikes for free!

Well, I'm not from the US, so Lake Havasu is an unusual town for me; a watersports and party town in the middle of the desert... I stayed here in winter on my way somewhere else, so please bear that in mind when you read the comments. The hotel is very good, modern, great views, and walking distance to places to eat and drink. Quiet and comfortable, but this does look like a real party town, and there is a (hotel) bar and barbecue right on the terrace of the hotel, which was closed when we were there, but would be very lively if it was open. And that would be fantatstic, if that's what you are looking for.

Fast checkin and checkout. Clean room. Amusing "love suite." Nice bed and love the sheet-wrapped covers. Good pillows. Nice open room with lots of space. Heater and A/C worked well and was not noisy. Water coming out of the ceiling for the Jacuzzi bath cracked me up!
Price for the "love suite" was more than I liked, especially since I was alone and this was the only room available when I made the reservation. It was a pain finding the right switches to turn off all the lights, and there were no lights on the bedstands and the switch for the light over the bed was on the other side of the room. Shower and tub could use signage to explain how to run the things. But those were just minor annoyances. The room was amusing. What I really didn't like was the loudspeakers in the bar area. It was very hard for me to have conversations with my friends with the loud music blaring. In general, everything around Lake Havasu seems to be geared for loud, partying young folks. Your place is not very good about accommodating seniors who like to have a good time but don't appreciate all the loudness and party atmosphere. Also, the shower doors could be improved - water got all over the place outside the shower. Margaritas would be better than Mai Tais for the welcome drink. Breakfast bar was pitiful.
