What an amazing view
Service was superb
Beautiful views, perfect location. Friendly staff, incredibly accommodating. Tiny room size and need a little modernization.
Small room size
Great Hotel - Highly Recommended
Everything about this hotel is great starting with its location on Lake Louise. Visited when the lake was still frozen but it was still a spectacular view. Would like to visit again when the lake has thawed as I am sure it will look just as nice! Ammenities and my room were very good and the hotel employees were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel !
Everything was great
Only one night. Wish it had been more.
Spacious room overlooking lake. Handsome hotel. Delicious dinner in dining room, knowledgeable server who helped us make the best choices. Gracious staff. Stunning beauty.
There was absolutely nothing to dislike.
Unable to stay longer because no rooms available
Excellent all around.
I loved the location of this hotel- really can't imagine a better location. The overall feel of the hotel was luxurious, with ample options for dining and great amenities. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
The sheer number of tour busses (and hoards of people that come out of them to take pictures) is overwhelming and detracts from the ambiance/experience of paying guests. I'd like to return to this hotel, but the crowds give me a bit of pause. Also, room size was a bit small.
Stunning scenery and stunning service
Their service is the gold standard for all hotels. Staff all seemed genuinely concerned about our wellbeing and genuinely interested in us on a personal level. Complimentary water bottles in the room for some reason made us quite happy
The fact that all our hotel stays will now be judged based on our Fairmont experience Good luck all other hotels!
Excellent food. Both breakfast and dinner.
The room had a sticky carpet. Looked as if someone spilled and it was never cleaned. Long black hairs on the wall in the bathroom. Gross-
The view of Lake Louise Luxury Swimming Pool/Hot tub/ Exercise Room Shops
High prices Poor food selections in the Deli
Great place for any vacation
The service was impeccable. Especially the manger was very accommodating.
The wine list was rather limited in the restaurant
