Pros (+) No breakfast was available. Bed wasn't the greatest. Paint peeling off the walls in the bathroom. Building needs lots of TLC. Not good value for the money.
Cons (-) For the amount of money they charge,they could fix up the place to look a whole lot better. A nice place makes people want to come back.

Pros (+) Loved the view, the lake front, the staff, access to restaurants/shopping, proximity to great hiking. AJ, Adam and Vinny stood out for exceptional customer service.
Cons (-) Some places were short staffed as summer help hadn't come in yet, but we weren't in any hurry so it didn't bother us.
