The best service, casino, restaurants and spa
The spa does reach capacity quickly
I stay here at least 2x a year for my boyfriends conferences. It's like a home away from hom.
The rooms were not cleaned as often as I liked, especially the bathroom. They tidied up but I can tell it was not cleaned.
Luxury done right
Very beautiful and modern hotel. Loved the room amenities and all the conveniences of modern luxury.
The hallways are long so expect to walk a distance to your room with only one set of elevators for the wingit services.
Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Well located on the strip.
We had many issues: -Were issued a room in the price class that we specified during booking -We requested a room near the elevator, since my wife is pregnant.. they were not able to accommodate this -Our keys failed to operate on 4 occasions. -The call center was not capable of transferring call to the front desk. -The call center told my pregnant wife that I had checked out of the hotel, when she called to re-activate her broken key. -The hotel lied about credits issued to our bill over the phone and from the front desk in response to the other issues experienced. Management was unsuccessful at responding to or remedying any of the above issues. I would not recommend this hotel until they work out the management and technological kinks that are keeping it from being a great hotel.
Nice hotel, high-tech but pricey
Was upgraded to a top floor with a strip view upon arrival by asking the front desk. That was a nice perk. The room was spacious and overall nice. Not as modern furniture, etc. as I was thinking I'd find. The room was high-tech and all functions (light, shades, tv, etc.) were controlled by a command iPad next to the bed. This did take some time to figure out how to navigate though.
Room service food was expensive. 11$ for a cup of coffee is outrageous. Additionally, I had a package delivered to the hotel and they charged me another 10$ plus tip for them to deliver it to my room. That seems unreasonably and outlandish to me.
Right on the Strip with connection to luxury mall and with the skyTram to both Momte Carlo and Bellagio
Aria Cafe to be avoided, expensive, poor service having had all 3 meals there. Food of poor quality. Overall the hotel is ok but don't think it's value for money, resort fee is excessive as the pool is overcrowded and the gym closes at 8pm - seriously it's vegas and if I want to work out I shouldn't be constrained to timings - I was also welcomed by a rude gym attendant because I arrived late.
Make sure to ask for an updated room
Location and views
The room was tired and had non-functioning equipment. TV didn't work, curtains didn't open or work and the room control unit was broken. Took almost two hours, employees banging on the door, phone ringing off the hook to get the thing fixed. I had a work meeting in the morning and this was horrible.
Beauty with base!
Rooms were amazing
The music from the night clubs in the area went until 3 am
Room was older feeling for such a new hotel, and for a lesser price, vdarra or palazzo are infinitely nicer and amazing in comparison.
great but wifi is really bad
everything but the wifi
please up you wifi game!! It is one of the most important features!
Bad custmer service, unreasonable prices
Nice hotel, with great staff!
Staff were awesome to deal with. Very friendly, from check in, cleaning staff, to check out! Nice hotel, and the food was great.
I found the casino was smokier than others on the strip. As a non-smoker, I found this discouraging. And the walk from the strip was a bit of a pain.
