About ARIA Resort & Casino

  • Resort Room
Enjoy the many amenities of the resort
Sporting magnificent modern architecture and top-tier dining, entertainment, pool and spa options, ARIA stands tall as a hip resort in the heart of the Strip. The vibe: Modern, gleaming and chic. Luxury on all levels What we love: ARIA Las Vegas opened at the end of 2009 and it still has that new car smell. The rooms are a tech lover's dream, featuring the latest gadgetry (keyless locks, personalized automation, etc.). Each room includes an in-room tablet where you'll have one-touch control of lighting, temperature, draperies, music, in-room dining and more. Simply put, you're the master of your domain at ARIA Las Vegas. Open year-round, the pool area at ARIA is like something out of the Garden of Eden. Three ellipse-shaped pools are spread across a palm tree-laden deck. Insider tips: Be an art lover. ARIA's got an impressive fine art collection, and you don't have to pay a museum admission cost to view it. Several pieces dot the property's indoor and outdoor public spaces. So spend the day exploring, it's totally worth it. Spend an afternoon at ARIA's Spa & Salon. There are some seriously unique amenities in here including a Shio salt room (its salt-infused air improves both your breathing and skin) and Ganbanyoku heated stone beds, which are unbelievably soothing to your muscles. Good to know: There isn't a bad room in the house. Since the price point is elevated here, why not just go all out and upgrade to one of the Sky Suites? With the one-bedroom penthouse, not only will you get postcard-worthy views and more flat-screen TVs than you'd find in an electronics store, but you'll enjoy extras like limousine transport from the airport, a personal concierge and access to the private Sky Suites Lounge, where you can indulge in drinks (yes, this includes alcohol) and snacks all day and night long. If you're thinking of smoking in your room at ARIA, don't. At checkout, you might find you've been hit with a $500-$1000 smoking restoration fee. Be aware that most of the resort's rooms (98 percent of them, only a few high roller suites have been exempted) are nonsmoking, so the only places you'll be able to light up are on the casino floor or in various bars. Parking at ARIA seems more confusing than it really is. The only way to access this garage is by turning off the Strip onto Aria Place. Follow the signs (there is no light) as these will indicate where the left turnoff is to a long ramp that goes down into the garage. This feels trickier than it is because you don't actually see the garage they guide you towards.  We also just want to add that ARIA is set way back from the Strip. Of course, most Vegas Strip resorts involve a walk to reach Las Vegas Boulevard, but this is one of the longer ones. To get to the Strip, you'll have to go through The Shops at Crystals or walk along a series of shops parallel to City Center Place and take a pedestrian bridge across to The Shops at Crystals. Think of it as your workout to burn off those buffet calories.

It would have been great to get a clean room with a toilet that was not clogged and friendly staff.
J
8.0 Very good
Second time staying here. The rooms are a good size. This time, however, we had issues with a number of lights/switches not working and had to get the in-room tablet replaced. Our area of the our floor was nice and quiet so never had any problems with getting good sleep. Just wish the hotel itself had a few more quick, daytime dining options. It’s very difficult when you are hungry and can’t easily find a place to eat without having to go elsewhere.

10.0 Wonderful
Doesn't cost a dime or charge a quarter when a hospitality worker smiles, welcomes and thanks. But for that weary traveler, it pays back in spades and straights.
A
3.9 Poor
It was way over priced for the parking.

2.0 Poor
Cons:There was black mold growing in the shower and the room was disgusting. The glasses were used and dirty and the blankets had stains and had not been cleaned. The AC did not work properly so it was always hot. We were there with 3 other couples and they all had the same experience. Very disappointed with this hotel.
I
6.0 Okay
Pros:The modern look and feel. The technology (automatic blinds). The location. The vibe of the resort.
Cons:I've stayed at the Aria resort before and it seems like perhaps COVID has had a negative impact on quality. Both sinks were clogged and I had to have maintenance come in to unclog them as I didn't appreciate washing my hands and brushing my teeth over a pool of water. I've been to La Quinta's with better sinks than this. Some of the light bulbs were dead too. The HVAC system leaked over night and unfortunately we placed our luggage nearby and it was soaked.

10.0 Wonderful
Pros:Top notch facilities, service, and prime location.
Cons:No complaints. Great all around experience!
A
6.0 Okay
Pros:High tech beautiful comfortable room.
Cons:Overcrowded with limited availability of services. No coffee in room, but no chance of getting a cup in the hotel without waiting in a very long line like Disneyland. Couldn’t eat at any restaurant without a reservation well in advance or hours long wait. Long waitlist for pool. Overbooked given limited services due to COVID.

Cons:Need to clean!! To dasty!!!!!
H
9.4 Wonderful
Pros:For me , it was my first visit and stay in this Hotel with my wife , it’s really wonderful hotel , everything was perfect since we checked in till checkout .
Cons:i just didn’t like that they hold 150$ per night on the card , if they can do it 100$ it’s fine as different hotel we stayed in before used to hold 100$ per night , the second thing is I didn’t like is the restaurants downstairs around the casinos close very early at 7 pm in weekdays , and the third thing is I didn’t like one of the security girl on the pool came talking and yelling at me because of the mask , this is first time to me there during this pandemic and i was following the rules for our safty first , but at the pool i just take it out coz i was putting some oil on my face then i wanna put the mask on but she came right a way and start yelling at me and my friend says what’s up with her like that , so as first time to me there in this pandemic and didn’t know that i have to keep the mask on unless if I’m actively eating or drinking or in the pool so she can talk in a different polite way more than tht if she can , we ordered drinks and whn we got the drinks i also removed my mask to drink then i put the drink aside, she came right a way and yelled again and said “ u have to hold the bottle in ur hand so people and i can see you have a deinks ...etc “ I appreciate all that hard work but she can really would talked in different way because I wasn’t really known wht is allowed or not for mask requirements, I didn’t go there to have an issue i just went to chill and relax this is why was so patient and calm and replied politely to her . Thank you again Stay all safe . 100% I recommend this hotel to others .
