The hotel is within a five-minute walk from the SLS Las Vegas and right next to the Las Vegas Festival Grounds. A 20-minute walk, or five-minute ride, leads guests to Treasure Island and the Fashion Show Mall. Caesar’s Palace, the Mirage, the Palazzo, and the Venetian are farther away but still very accessible.

The hotel offers spacious and tasteful studios and one, two, and three-bedroom suites. Studios will give guest extra sleeping and dining room, as well as a kitchenette with cooking necessities, a mini fridge, and washer and dryer. Standard amenities in all rooms include flat-screen TVs, DVD players, iPod docks, and free Wi-Fi.

With an outdoor focus, the hotel features two attractive outdoor pools, three hot tubs, one of being adult-only, a seasonal poolside bar and grill, lobby bar, the Marketplace, and a spa with a variety of treatments. Pros (+) We loved how quiet and clean or stay was. This hotel seems to cater best to families, older couples or people looking to enjoy Las Vegas without the wild and crazy hustle and bustle. It's a bit further from attractions so be prepared to pay more for transportation, especially cabs taken from the hotel. Good value at $110/night through kayak.com. A continental breakfast would have been great!

Pros (+) The staff were helpful and we liked that there was a little kitchen area with a sink and mini fridge in the room. It was very clean abd comfortable and had lots of amenities.
Cons (-) It's a the far north end of the strip, but for the cost savings that wasn't so bad.

Cons (-) Coffee shop and store a little bit unorganized. Very expensive. Should have better fans in the bathroom. Was hard to get water in the showers to a comfortable temperature.
