Cons (-) The western end of Fremont Avenue might be a tourist attraction but the eastern extension of Fremont Avenue is the ghetto. There are more derelict properties than viable businesses. Stay briefly and secure your belongings.
Pros (+) If you'd like to talk and get to know some foreign tourists this is the place.
Cons (-) Poor poor parking accommodations. If you parking in the back of the secured area, you may not get out when more cram in. (Though it should be noted that it's nice that there IS secured parking).
