Great customer service
Check in earlier
Air conditioning was terrible. Reported but could not fix
Elevators had problems too
The pool closes at 6pm. Weekends included. They have a paid and non paid pool. So what were my resort fees for if we couldn't enjoy the resort to the fullest. No where to lounge outside because they lock the area down with the pool.Rooms outdated. My room was sad. It was like staying in an overpriced Motel 6 from the 80's. The bathroom needed work, the floor boards need work and an upgrade. It's not really on the Strip. Your on the end.Not in the middle or near anything good. I guess that depends on your level of walking and what you like to do. I was not impressed.
I loved my bed it was super comfortable and the room was a nice size. The plus was that my room was right by the ice machine .
Nothing that i know of could be better. My location was ideal for me because it was closer to the airport and a taxi would not be that much.
Ease of checkout
We didn't get the type of room we booked. Got Tower paid for Pyramid. It was 1 AM, was too tired and the walk was so far with my injury it wasn't worth complaining. Also didn't get extra pillows as requested for elevating my foot. Were given a wheelchair room which wasn't needed.
We were in Vegas
Need room service 24/7 the rooms need a serious upgrade We will never stay here again
Everything else was okay you get what you pay for don’t expect above and beyond it’s basic but clean room
Took for ever to get a front desk or room service rep on the phone
HVAC system, curtain repaired, better food service at the restaurants
The person who checked us in
Long wait to get checked in. 40+ people in line and only three people at the check in desk. Others behind the desk just talking.
I paid for a tower room and they overbooked. The pyramid room I was provided is dated. The beds are extremely soft and uncomfortable.
Worst stay in Vegas Ever
Location Room size
Room was dirty. Bathroom light in room was not working. Maintenance supposedly “fixed it”. Instead of not working the light kept flickering like a poltergeist movie. My second call to maintenance was never answered. I had to get dressed to go out an a Saturday night with no useable bathroom mirror. Also my second room,, there was some form of delivery or furniture going on that woke everyone up before 7 on a Sunday morning
