Located on the Las Vegas Strip, the non-gaming Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas provides direct access to the adjacent Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino and to Las Vegas entertainment.
Great choice!Pros: The hotel was quiet - much quieter than Mandalay Bay, which is what we were looking for. The room was very nice and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a very pleasant stay at the Four Seasons!Cons: Nothing!
Simple luxuryPros: I like the simple process of checking into the Four Seasons in Las Vegas. No forced march through a smoke filled casino. Staff was fantastic.
Oasis of Class and Tranquility on the Vegas StripPros: Service was impeccable, room was well kept, with furniture like new, amenities and pools were well worth the price when compared to other hotels on the strip. This was a hotel with class and manners.Cons: Some noise from party pool across the beach could be heard in the room on 37th floor, it was muffled but still fairly audible.
Great stay Pros: I liked that it was part of the bigger Mandalay bay hotel but seemed separate. It's own lobby and entrance made it seem small and cozy.
My friends complained about how loud mandalay bay was. four seasons was just right
Non-gaming birthday celebration!Pros: Non-gaming hotel meant no exposure to smoke filled casinos during check-in or for lunch/dinner. Extremely friendly staff cognizant of our visit to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. They sent up a sweet birthday dessert. Accommodating with non-allergic pillows and duvet. Cons: Surprised no chocolate with turn down service and no slippers as well.
Good hotel but avoid eating therePros: Rooms were clean and staff was very helpfulCons: The restaurant and room service food are mediocre. We ate at the onsite restaurant and ordered the special which turned out to be a dried out tasteless piece of breaded veal. I asked for anchovies on a ceasar salad and it arrived without them. Since the hotel is attached to the Mandalay Bay, there are many alternative bettter meal choices.
Cons: Dinner at Charlie Palmer Steakhouse was HORRIBLE.
Service like never beforePros: I have a client been going to Las Vegas for 15 years and this is the first time I ever stayed at the four seasons and seem to try new hotels every trip but I will never try any hotel any longer because the four seasons is my new home. The staff took such good care of me from the minute I arrived at the door to the front desk to the restaurant and everywhere I went I felt like a king.
Pros: The room was great and the entire hotel staff was awesome!
It's a faux-Four Seasons, like most of Vegas.Pros: Good location, comfy beds. A bit of a nice departure from Casinos, and partitioned away from Mandalay, which it shares a building with. Cons: It's kind of like everything else in Vegas...a cheaper facade of the real thing. Staff isn't engaged like at other Four Seasons, dirty common areas (room was immaculate), and things just aren't quite "on point" for a place of this caliber.
Flawless. Better than Encore or Wynn Pros: Elegant, clean, nonsmoking property makes for great air quality, attentive service, beautiful room and beautiful public areas Cons: Can't think of s thing
Not up to par with other Four Seasons hotels Pros: The room was well decorated and the beds were very comfortableCons: The quality of the experience and service was poor. The staff was poorly trained-- it definitely did not feel like four seasons level service. I later learned that it is a franchise and they operate quite differently from the other hotels.
