The site says there are bathrobes in the suite, but there weren’t any. In the first room we stayed in, the bathtub was stained and looked dirty. The hotel staff said they could not open the balcony door and we noticed the balcony looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in months. After moving to a different suite we had disgusting stains visible on the balcony’s walls and glass railings. I looked like oil was dripping down the side wall. In both suites, neither bathtubs had the stoppers connected, they were just laying on the floor of the tubs. The suites look worn down not at all like the photos in the advertising.
The spacious room the wood design and the lack of noice
I stayed in the one bedroom suite it was nice just some of the furnitures had wear and tear the bathtub had some white tart
Under construction. 25 workers in food court tearing up floors. Wish I would have known this would have never booked the room
The greeting was not pleasant friendly and not accomodating
None if they gave me a bad vive and my family had to wait to be taken care of this is not clearly the place were i want to spend my money at to stay, we drove all the way from california for a great experience and was very disappointed but never again will look to stay elsewhere
That my family and i got there a bit early and we were made to wait to be abel to register we had a long drive from california and were tired but it seem like it wasnt their problem as long as they get their$ and our room there was used soap and no mats in front of shower place was dusty wow never again
Good facilities, bad maintenance and staff
Modern and spacious
Very very very dirty and badly maintained
Not what I expected
The balcony in my room was off limit. I had to pay for wifi in my room. One of the windows was broken in the lobby. The revolving door was too small to go through with luggage. The staff was meh. They didn't really care or inform me about anything at all. I'm not going to return next time.
Our room was filthy and the furnishings were all damaged. They moved us to a new room but it was beaten up as well.
Overbooked and gave our room away.
Overbooked and have our room away
Has seen better days
The hotel is a condo style hotel and the rooms are very comfortable
One can tell the rooms used to be nice at one time but they are definetely tired and worn now. The chairs and furniture need to be replaced and the room was not clean. The hotel also uses a cleaning product that makes the rooms smell bad and not fresh
Great kitchen - no pans
Great room. Clean. Bed is way comfortable, for one that like soft mattresses.
No pans or dishes in kitchen to make it of any use.
The rooms are HUGE and pretty.
The deposit is $100 a night and the minimum check in age was never mentioned when booking the hotel.
Kaylee is the best!
I overall had a GREAT/ Amazing experience and would defiantly come back. I had all the amenities in my room and the best service from the staff. Especially Kaylee at the front desk she was very accommodating. I was staying in a separate room from friends and she made sure our rooms were as close as possible. Without her my stay would've been good but turned it into AMAZING! Thank you again Kaylee I really appreciate your help :-)
Excellent luxury hotel off the main strip. It was a little farther off the main strip that we originally thought which was actually turned out toi be idea as the hotel was primarily used by guests and not quite as busy as the others with so much transinet traffic. Short taxi ride to anywhere we wanted to go.
Great room, great staff, excellent spa, nice lounge bar, enjoyed Simon's for breakfast and lunch.
Elevators can be tricky at times (using the room card)
Room decoration trendy, balcony, clean bathroom, clean sheets & towels, late checkout
The studio room with its view to the strip, the bar & club, the location of the hotel (clore ride to the strip)
The cleanliness was ok (could still be improved!), the pool was not opened anymore even if warm (26°C), we made a reservation for the club and it was not done by the hotel
only the bed
lacking in service , poor cab service ,shower and bath fixtures poor quality and do not work well, maid service did not replenish soaps ,coffee ect.
completely new appartment with full equipment, best pool ever, "luxury and cool at the same time"
SPA was too expensive (30$) and only a very small mixed room
the room was really clean, big and with a great balcony.
we appreciated the comfort of the room (especially the bath). we have been lucky as we had the chance of a very good price for a studio, which has an astonishing big bath with jacuzzi and shower, and a kitchen (with every kind of necessary tools). we stayed two adults and two children, in a confortable room. The hotel has any kind of facilities: restaurants, casino. we hardly got out of there.
the last day the room has not been cleaned, probably because we have been in for a few hours more.....but it was not nice, especially because every time we got out we left the advise that the room could be house-keeped....
Very Clean, modern stye and very friendly and helpful staff
The staff were friendly and helpful.
We had trouble with our key four or five times but the staff was real helpfull and quick to either let us in the room or fix our keys.
