Everything. Best place for groups and the amenities are amazing. Second time staying here and It won’t be the last!
Pricing for doing a later check out. WAYYY too steep
It’s close to the strip.
Fridge took forever to get cold and ac in the room was working poorly.
Good Value
Very spacious, nice kitchen, large bathrooms, clean, staff very friendly, good value, no hidden resort fees
Not much natural light, a bit of a walk to the strip, a bit forceful about attending their timeshare talk
Great Value
Friendly & helpful staff.
Check out time was too early
Great property, pushy staff!
The room and facilities were beautiful and very comfortable.
The staff was very pushy and intrusive. I didn't realize this was a timeshare property and didn't appreciate them trying to get us to buy into their timeshare. We got tricked into a meeting with them and what was supposed to be a brief meeting turned into a waste of 2.5 hours of our time! I had to explain over and over again why I was not interested in a timeshare. I didn't appreciate the aggressive way they tried to get me to agree and then the intimidation act when it finally became clear that I wasn't going to buy in.
Great Location - Overpriced
The location to the strip, the pool, the free parking.
All of the staff we interacted with were snotty, rude and lacked customer service. With the exception of the bell boy (at 2 AM when we checked in) & the pool towel staff. They were super friendly and helpful. They need to be promoted. The rest of the staff needs an attitude adjustment. And the timeshare staff/sales people are arrogant and rude. We did not do their presentation, but we stayed in the tower where their offices were, so we had to go in and out through the waiting area for the attendees. The salesmen couldn't even say excuse me or get out of the way when we would pass through the lobby. Tacky, sleezy salesmen. Yuck! We will NOT stay here again. Not worth the price.
Very pleased!
The rooms were beautiful and the grounds were gorgeous
Nothing
Amazing Hotel
Great room size, location to the strip with shuttle access to harrahs. If you bear the timeshare pitch (the pitch was to hear a pitch about timeshares) which wasn't really all that bad, this is the place for you.
Great for families
Loved the large room that came with a full kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed the proximity to the Strip without having to be ON the Strip.
The sink and refrigerator were dirty/stinky. It seemed also like all of the drains in the bathrooms had a hard time draining.
Felt like a tired timeshare, a little unkempt, empty and no daily housekeeping. I'd rather pay a little more and stay in a more modern and conventional hotel. Lesson learned.
Weekend Get Away
Kitchenette amenities, bed was comfortable ,shuttle service was convenient. Most staff were nice.
Pressure of getting time share. Front desk guy was rude when I Said that we're not interested in time share. No other room house keeping service after first day .For the price, I could have stayed at a more upscale hotel.
A mixed experience.
Very clean. Great to have laundry in room. Nice pool area and fitness center. Kids and families have their own pool. Pleasant staff.
Walk to strip was unpleasant with seedy characters - even in the daytime. Shuttle does not stop along the way so we wound up walking to Aria, Bellagio, etc. Bed was uncomfortable. No soundproofing with shared door to adjacent room, could hear everything. No balconies. In the spring and fall, the pool is in shade much of the day because of the towers. Deli was mediocre. Cannot walk between the towers without going outside.
We liked the ability to have a full kitchen, and the availability of an on site reasonably priced restaurant.
The hotel room was clean and the staff was courteous. It was easy to get to the hotel and to leave for whatever destination we had planned. In other words the location was just fine.
I did not and do not like the constant badgering regarding the experience we/I had at the Wyndham. To ask once is fine, twice is ok, more then that is a bother. Remember, if there is something wrong during our stay we actually might voice a complaint , that way you will get feedback also.To have no internet available at no cost is a sore point with me also. I traveled through the back country of Canada for 10 days prior to arriving at the Wyndham and stayed in 9 different motels and none of them remotely as nice as the Wyndham.Funny enough every one of them had wireless internet available in each room at no charge. At the very beginning of this survey it states if it can ask 4 questions. This # 4 and the last one I answer.
Large rooms, convenient layout nice amenities
Our suite was very nice. We liked the granite counter tops. Very nice king sized bed with plenty of pillows.
It's a time share resort, but as we had paid for our stay as though it were a hotel I didn't care for the repeated sales pitches.
It would be really helpful if there were childcare available during timeshare presentations.
Quite possibly the friendlest, most helpful hotel staff that I have ever encountered
Twice I was requested to participate in an "Information Session" and they were very persistent although not successful.
2 bdrm suite with kitchen
This place was very relaxed and clean. It has several pools and jacuzzis felt great at night. Rooms were big and it had a full kitchen with a full dining room. Staff way nice and accomodating to our needs.
The rooms were a little outdated and in the 2 bedroom suite you can only get the other room with 2 full beds instead of a queen or other king. Can't relax in the pool with drinks and be relaxed they were very strick on rules at the pool. And there was no house cleaning the whole time we were there.
the hotel was quiet and peaceful
there was no ice at the vending machines in my floorPrices at the market for groceries were outregous
Overall it was a beautiful place. Our rooms were basically a huge condo. Very spacious. Very satisfied. It had everything we need as if I was in my own home. Thanks
I did not mind it much but it would be nice if housekeeping was a daily thing and not when I leave.
