Pros (+) The bed was super comfortable and not broken down like a lot of places. Breakfast was good. Location is the biggest plus.
Cons (-) Staff was not accommodating at all. Must use valet parking. Bathrooms are tiny and poorly lit. TV didn’t work the entire stay and no one could fix it.

Pros (+) Breakfast room service ordering was awesome (ordered night before with a flyer on the door) Old hotel...but was great. Lobby was awesome. Staff was very helpful with valet service and holding luggage. Very friendly.

Cons (-) This is a great historic hotel and is the perfect location for walking to shops and restaurants in Lawrence. I have stayed in this hotel twice now and have been impressed with the cleanliness, comfortable bed and great staff. The restaurant downstairs is excellent as well. The only negative is that the air conditioner is extremely noisy. The ones with wall units (in the back rooms) never seem to b...
