Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing nearby attractions. The service was frequently described as friendly, attentive, and helpful, with several guests highlighting the staff's efforts to accommodate special requests. Cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were also noted as positive aspects. However, some guests were disappointed with the breakfast quality and variety, and noise issues were mentioned by a few, particularly regarding poor soundproofing and disturbances from other guests or staff. Overall, the hotel offers good value, a great location, and welcoming service, though improvements in breakfast and noise insulation would enhance the experience.AI-generated from customer reviews
