Pros:How you roped us into booking that.
Cons:1. Your service is horrible. What is your accountability? We book a 'non-refundable' ticket based upon inaccurate reviews and how are you held accountable? They say there is 'nothing they can do' because of you. Money lost. This is the second fail by your service on the trip, the other being you misrepresenting rental car availability and failure to follow up. This results in last minute bookings and greatly increased fees. Not sure how you think I would ever use your service again. Once again, zero accountability on your part, and if there is...you have done a great job of hiding it. 2. The hotel was filthy.
