Nice and clean hotel. The room was big and comfortable. We took 4 nights to celebrate my birthday. From the beginning we receive an upgrade for the room. A very nice surprise to find in the room a bottle of champagne and pralines. I recommend this hotel . Also the rooftop bar has a very nice view of Lisbon. Breakfast very good!

Car parking is wonderful as it’s under the hotel... just a care if you have a big car we found it a little tight.

Our second stay in this hotel, and next time we would surely stay here again. Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, private free parking (just a little bit tight). Perfect location in the center of Lisbon. Room equipped with a large modern bathroom, the bed was so comfortable. We got upgraded to a better room at normal price.

Amazing staying in Lisbon

I enjoyed the room, the safe amd gluten free CoVid breakfast and the present the hotel had for our honeymoon stay! I will come back whenever I visit Lisbon again.

Beautiful and clean hotel, Very good location, staff extremely attentive, receptionist/concierge very helpful nothing was too much trouble , rooms tastefully decorated, would definitely recommend this hotel and you can use facilities of their larger sister hotel which is adjacent .

Recommended hotel in the heart...

The location is very central with very good access to the public transport, walking distance from major attractions. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious with high ceilings. Soundproof windows. The hotel is very nicely designed - both rooms and common areas. We also loved the breakfasts. Due to the pandemic the breakfast was served to the table.

Very good Hotel in the middle of Lisboa. The Staff is excellent and very friendly. The service they offer is great, even in Corona times! The Staff takes care of your needs in all times. The Boutique Hotel Portugal is a professional accomodation. The rooms are comfortable and large. The location is not far from Tram 28, Rossio Square and Comercial Square. I strongly recommend the Hotel

Fantastic hotel in central location

From the moment we arrived we were treated exceptionally. We only had 24hrs in Lisbon, and the staff on reception were so helpful in pointing out what we should see and routes we should take to make the most of our trip. They recommended and booked a place for dinner for us as well which was absolutely delicious! Our room was amazing, we luckily got upgraded to a suite for our stay which I can say is fabulous, large separate bath and separate living area. We got complementary drinks in the neighbouring hotel and breakfast was great (albeit likely a very different set up to usual due to COVID). I cannot thank the staff enough for their helpfulness to us during are stay!

The only thing I would say is the parking is very tight, anyone with a large car should beware on this as we struggled with a small polo. But none the less having free parking on central Lisbon is a great perk!

Top Service, top location, top attention to details and top rooms. One of the best hotels I have been to, the attention is 100% personalized, the main attractions are located in a walking distance and it has access to all Hotel Mundial facilities. It is a great option. The staff prepared many cute details for us, we received an upgrade and during my whole stay I simply felt at home.

The breakfast was nice, but it could improve. The quality of the ingredients could be better and for example, the bread was really dry and flavorless. But in general the concept was amazing.

The hotel itself! The room was really good, very nice design and it was really big! Perfect location near Rossio Plaza and train station. The breakfas is also really good, lots of food.

can’t fault this hotel is...

We came here for two night for some of our honeymoon and the staff were so accommodating and made our stay really extra special! Lovely rooms and the best location, can’t fault this hotel, would highly recommend

Couldn't open the windows in our room because they were opening towards the inner courtyard and there was a huge AC machine that made a lot of noise.

Chambre très confortable, le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux. le personnel est très devoué et à l'écoute des clients. La situation de l'hôtel est parfaite pour faire du tourisme dans le centre historique de Lisbonne.

Le parking est difficile à trouver, il faut passer dans un hôtel voisin pour y accéder à pieds, vraiment pas top...

Personnel charmant et attentionné. Décor agréable, moderne avec une touche de traditionnel. Situation centrale idéale au coeur du vieux Lisboa. Petit dej excellent, servi à table (pas de plateau repas).

Accueil chaleureux en français ! Chambre 114 fabuleuse, propre, lit XXL confortable, salle de bain avec douche et baignoire ronde. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel avec un grand choix de produits frais sucré/salé ! Parking gratuit privé en sous sol ! Emplacement idéal pour visiter à pied Lisbonne ou un départ dans le tram 28 ! Cocktail offert en terrasse au Mondial et possibilité de manger avec vue sur la ville ! Je recommande à 5 minutes à pied de manger en soirée au restaurant Taberna da Baixa, une cuisine portugaise de très bonne qualité !

Très bel hôtel-boutique, tout était parfait!! L'emplacement est au coeur des quartiers de Lisbonne à visiter et le petit-déjeuner buffet était de qualité. J'y retournerai les yeux fermés!!

Un grand merci au personnel de l'hôtel pour leur gentillesse et leur dévouement envers les clients. Merci pour toutes les petites attentions qui ont permis de rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable (surclassement de chambre, bouteille de champagne offerte pour notre anniversaire). Les chambres sont magnifiques, les équipements de qualités. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner servi en quantité et très bon ! L'hôtel est vraiment bien placé (10 min max à pied de la place du commerce), et il facilement accessible en métro depuis l'aéroport (la station est à 1min à pied de l'hôtel). Tout était parfait nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Très bon emplacement à 50 m du métro. Mesures sanitaires respectées à la lettre. Personnel aimable et serviable. Petit déjeuner copieux. Chambre calme, au deuxième étage aucun bruit de métro nous empêchant de dormir (très très léger bruit).

Seul bémol, le bruit et les trépidations du tram, mais ça fait partie du charme de Lisbonne centre.

Dommage que le parking extérieur à l'hôtel soit un peu cher 16€ pour la nuit ( arrivée à 21h et départ 9h) mais pas la faute de l'hôtel

Le personnel est vraiment adorable et ne sait que faire pour vous satisfaire, de l’accueil au gardien de parking. Un vrai petit bijou dans le centre de Lisbonne. Nous avons passé un super séjour.

Personnel très accueillant et prenant du temps pour vous livrer toutes les explications nécessaires à votre séjour, et à vous conseiller sur les visites, les restaurants...

Hôtel très agréable

L’hôtel est idéalement situé en plein centre-ville et dispose d’un parking gratuit. Le parking est celui de l’hôtel Mondial et nous avons reçu un coupon pour un verre offert au rooftop de cet hôtel qui appartient visiblement à la même chaîne. Le rooftop est au 8e étage et offre une vue sur toute la ville. Le personnel a été très agréable et disponible et les mesures sanitaires ont été grandement respectées (gel hydroalcolique dans tous les coins de l’hôtel, chambres désinfectées tous les deux jours...). Le petit déjeuner est complet. Le rapport qualité prix de cet hôtel est donc parmi les meilleurs de la ville. Nous reviendrons.

L’accueil, la gentillesse et la propreté du lieu étaient au rendez-vous. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour malgré la crise covid actuelle.
