Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, proximity to attractions, and the availability of free or convenient parking. However, many reviews expressed dissatisfaction with the service, citing unfriendly or unhelpful staff, language barriers, and issues at check-in. Cleanliness was also a concern for several guests, with mentions of dated facilities and insufficient housekeeping. While some found the rooms comfortable and the breakfast satisfactory, noise and outdated amenities were recurring drawbacks.
