Everything was really good from the start to the finish including flexibility with Sauna times when we arrived late. Location was brilliant just meters from the ski lift and bus stop.

Very kind and helpful staff, always went the extra mile whatever we needed.
A bit obsolete hotel and facilities, like from an old Italian movie. Updating the design would help a lot. Also, the breakfast were the same all the time. We stayed for a week and we ate scrambled eggs over and over again. They were however able to provide gluten free options :)
