8.8 Excellent
Pros: Hotel and location
Cons: Staff in the restaurants
7.1 Good
Pros: Pros: lovely setting. Large comfortable and clean rooms. Helpful staff. lovely pool. Good facilities. Generally we had a lovely stay there. We were there with 2 teens and my m-in-law and we all found it very relaxing. The breakfasts are very good and amazing value for money when compared to the restaurant prices. In late June it was mainly couples and very young families most of whom were well behaved. There were plenty of beds at the pool and its lovely that they One family did have some very loud kids who seemed unable to play quietly and did spoil our time at the pool a bit but only a couple of times. We went horse riding at the local stables and that was lovely and my m-in-L made good use of the table tennis table. We did have some lovely food there but it was very expensive. There is a lovely italian restaurant just to the right of the entrance to the hotel (Paloma) that serves delicious fresh pasta at a fraction of the price... well worth the visit when the fussy food on offer gets too much or the price starts to feel too depressing!
Cons: Cons: rooms a bit dated. lots of separate plastic minature shampoos etc (even olive oil in the restaurant) - feel the hotel should up its green credentials and update to something more environmentally friendly. They also charge for water which I think is very outdated of them. They should use refillable bottles and provide free fill ups like most forward thinking hotels nowadays of their level - bit of a scam really. Pool is VERY shallow so although its large there's only certain areas you can actually swim - makes it a good temperature though. Gym is very small and isn't open early or late. Food is very expensive and very fussy - I asked for the kitchen to make me a simple spinach and tomato salad and they charged me 16 euros!!
10.0 Excellent

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic hotel for a week of relaxation. Fabulous food, great staff, great facilities, the enormous pool area is a real plus.
Cons: The hotel is away from anywhere else, great as a remote location but it would be nice if there was a small town close by for a choice of different restaurants.

Cons: First night the food was excellent... the second dinner was not the same high quality... so a bit disappointed with the consistency

7.5 Good
Pros: Nice place
Cons: Noisy people in corridors at 02.00 A.M.
7.5 Good
Pros: We arrived at thee hotel after a 4 hour drive, I had asked for a disabled room because I have poor mobility, the room was at the very end of the long corridor and I asked if they had a room closer to the lift but they said the hotel was fully booked. This was not a major problem because I used my scooter which I had left in the car. The problem came later when we sat on the balcony and saw the bride and groom arrive at 10 pm for their reception, we then noticed the disco lights and sound were outside and we were just above it. Sadly the disco went on till 8 am and we got no sleep at all. We were going to book the hotel for are return journey a week later but the reception confirmed they did have a wedding on that Saturday to.For obvious reasons we did not book.

Pros: Location / staff value for money
Cons: Beds too old and uncomfortable/ Old furniture needs updating
6.7 Good
Pros: Good location off motorway
Cons: Restaurant not open. No air conditioning in room
2.9 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing really
Cons: The room needed an overall the food was poor staff in the restaurant didn’t seem to know what was on offer ,it was self service but were told sorry you can’t have that it’s not in the price range, at breakfast I picked up a croissant and a cake plus’s coffee, at the till was told only one item allowed with the coffee, very strange set up.needed a degree or a masters to work it out, Also on the balcony there was a serious amount of bird droppings and birds nests above, so you could not stand on it or use it at all do not think it had been cleaned for a long time.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The balcony had a lovely view
Cons: The breakfast was very poor
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Good roadside motel with not much to complain for a 55euro room rate. the place is very dated but very clean.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Good location when traveling to/from Granada late... Nearby town with all facilities.
Cons: Paper thin walls. Noise from the highway. The receptionist did not offer rooms facing away from the autopista.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Easy, relaxed and convenient. And I left some important things behind. They rung within an hour to tell. Sadly I could not understand Spanish. But they Rung Hotel .com and they passed the message. How good is that. And they are holding until our return trip. Very good nice staff. And comfy beds. And view of the goats on the mountains.
Cons: It needs generally some serious updating.
6.7 Good
Pros: The location was ok but would have been better more in the town, good having a bar on site. Safe parking.
Cons: No WiFi. The shower head would not fit the bracket. Our room was very basic.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Location
Cons: The hotel is in desperate need of reform. The rooms are in a bad state. We moved 3 times. The lady who helped us was very nice but the state of the rooms she could do nothing about. The patio doors did not shut they had come off their runners so is a big gap and draft, the walls were dirty and stained, the wall paper torn, the bathroom very old and dated with rusty pipes, broken floor tiles etc, the second room the ceiling brown and stained from a water leak bathroom awful and there were exposed wires, the third room the shower did not work at all because it had broken so no shower for us, usual bad state of decor and stains and rust and broken glass in windows all in all the state of the rooms are very very bad. We only had to stay 1 night and had many appointments in the area so did not have the time to look for another hotel but would never stay there again!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: It was perfect for us, as a one night stop-over when travelling from Alicante to Sevilla, visiting somewhere we had never seen before. Very economical and we got to see the Alcazaba and a few of Loja's other historical buildings.
Cons: Nothing.
6.7 Good
Cons: We paid for basic and basic was we got, but the bed was comfortable and clean. Bed covers need replacing, holes not good. Breakfast was sufficient. Tostada, tomato, fresh orange juice and coffee. Value for money
