Cons (-) Hotel room should be more deep clean in the bathroom, and light fixtures & Tables should’ve been dust. Floors in the bathroom could’ve be cleaned Lil more.

Pros (+) The building and room was clean and comfortable and quiet. The bed was so comfortable. Friendly staff and easy check in and check out.
Cons (-) A few extra pillows would have been nice on the bed as there were just two. Also the breakfast quality could be improved.
Pros (+) Excellent room, large and meticulously clean, friendly and helpful staff. They provided a pack and play for our infant . I have stayed here twice and will return. Great area, lots of shopping and easy to get into the city.
Cons (-) The only two negatives were several very loud children running through the hotel way too early ( despite posted signs for quiet hours) and the continental breakfast left something to be desired. The hotel clearly puts effort into the presentation of the food but I wish they instead would focus on serving fresh food, . The food was clearly frozen and reheated and lacked dairy free options.
