Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to Paddington station and central London attractions. Many reviews highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, there are frequent complaints about the very small room sizes, cleanliness issues in some rooms, and basic or limited amenities. Some guests found the value acceptable for the price, while others felt the facilities and comfort could be improved. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its convenience and service, but room comfort and cleanliness vary.AI-generated from customer reviews
