Great room with all the amenities. Even provided kettle and tea/coffee. Free water bottles too. Great space and good value for the money.
Shower head could use a good cleaning, could use a water/vinegar soak to take off some grime. Only downside, everything else was enjoyable.
Helpful staff, clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The sheets were not like cardboard, which they usually are in budget hotels. They were clean and soft. Thanks
The hotel delivers exactly what you want, a clean tidy room with en suite shower, so no complaints. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was simple, but decent.
Hotel was clean on the surface but dig a little deeper and things had been missed, not just once but numerous times. Fridge looked like it had seen better days so didn't use it. We were 3 guys in 2 rooms, the double room for one we booked had plenty of room but the twin room you couldn't swing a cat in and they had left one hand towel and one large towel, for two of us, we made do with those. Shower train looked clean but worn, the toilet flush button was missing with just the thing it attached to left. By far the worse thing was the toilet brush holder was absolutely full of pee/dirty water, thisdoesnt happen over night. I told them at breakfast to be told they'll sort it out, not an inch of an apology. The location isn't in the best of areas but easy enough to get into the centre of London by multiple means. I never had an issue walking around the area late on a Saturday night on my own carrying camera equipment. Breakfast was ok, I had croissants which is my norm, they were very cheap packet ones, they had waffles, jam tarts? Mini muffins, feral etc plus hot breakfast stored in a Bain Marie which i noticed they quickly ran out of sausages and there were only the 3 of us at the time with me not even eating them.. Would I stay again, no, not central enough for me, and stairs too steep for going up to the first floor as I'm disabled walking with a stick, no offer help.
Location is very good! Close to the underground, train and bikes.. It's plotted on zone 2 but in the border of zone 1! There are water bottles for free. The room is good, not so big but functional, and also clean! The staff was caring! Great value for money!
The only thing we miss was the air conditioning. The room was average size, and worked properly! No complains!
