The room, whilst very small, was comfortable. The hotel itself was also fairly quiet enabling undisturbed sleep.
The corridors and rooms were quite claustraphobic, being very narrow and small. Some staff members behind the front desk were quite unfriendly and less than willing to answer the questions of a tourist.
location - close to KIngs Cross station
shower broken; toilet seat broken; bedside lamp broken
The warm welcome by the staff and how trustworthy they were when my partner had checked in before I did and had been given the key. The location was very good.
Way too small and the furnishings were extremely basic. I expected better seeing it first on your website and it was a tad misleading but I was not in any mood to complain having had 4 hard working days prior to a weekend of relaxation. I do wish it was more comfortable.
tired, in need of a refit
It was cheap, clean and convenient. A decent breakfast was included in the price and the hot water worked. There was a kettle and tea and coffee bags in the bedroom.
the rooms were very clean.
The bathrooms has no shampoo and soap. The service of breackfast was not good and the room for breackfast serving was not suitable. Despite that it has been mentioned that the english breackfast serves at hotel but no fruit juice and no fruit and cheese was served for that.
Luggage facilities for early arrival and late departure
Room a trifle small but adequate for needs of an overnight stay
every day only English brakefast.Every day sthe same food
The hotel is very close to King's Cross station, which was convenient for our journey early the next morning.
The hotel is in a dicey neighborhood...wouldn't recommend this hotel for very long stays. It was cheap and relatively clean.
the showercurtain smelled sour. the temperature in the room was too low. would like som european standards to the breakfast.
