Pros (+) Traveling during the pandemic can be unnerving, but the staff here did clearly care about their guests. Everyone, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff followed social distancing guidelines and wore masks. Cons (-) A group of guests that were traveling together seemed to have no regard for anyone else. They blocked the door with their baggage, took up a large portion of the parking lot with their trailers, left cigarette butts on the ground outside, and hardly wore masks. It would have been nice if someone from the hotel spoke with them about their lack of social courtesy.
