Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews are overwhelmingly negative, with the most common complaints focusing on poor cleanliness, including dirty rooms, bad odors, mold, and worn-out linens. Many guests also report unhelpful or rude staff, maintenance issues, and problems with room size and facilities. However, a few guests mention that the hotel is well located, close to public transport and local amenities, and some find the value for money acceptable for London. Overall, the negatives far outweigh the positives in these reviews.
