Nothing I can think of.
The room was not apparently cleaned. I found very old chewing gum on the carpet. The bed and pillows smelled so strongly of a person who did not believe in regular showers that we did not dare sleep under the covers and covered the pillows with towels. When I went to ask about clean pillows I was told there were none. The hotel was full and every room only had four pillows. The breakfast was elderly tasting bread and instant coffee with very old fruit and cereals. A miserable start to the day. Beware of special deals at this place because they will put you in the most underground room. Even on a special this room was not value for money in any way.
It was in the right location near my party venue and at a reasonable price, just for 1 night.
I had other prior events to go too and missed out on my breakfast. The toilet module was aged but adequate, it took a while to get the correct water temperature to flow. The only double plug socket on the mirrored wall for the TV & to recharge my phone with was lose, should be looked at.
The size of the room.. two people cannot move together.. its not worth the money that I paid at all..
A room at least have a fan with working windows.
The room is very hot, less spacious, bathroom fittings are not okay.
Was given room in next door B&B because mine"wasn't ready" (still occupied, although booked 3-4months in advance). Of course I was informed after making the payment. When I complained I was told there was no difference between rooms. I explained the room I booked was for example bigger. Got another room, but still in B&B. Go figure! Looks like they are saving better rooms for walk in clients. Ask to check the room before paying, because there are no refounds.Luckily the other room was less stuffy and the toile less smelly. Rooms are very old and dirty (toe nail on the carpet whole stay through), windows overlook small, but noisy street, bathroom like in a camping van. Towels with dried dirt stuck on them (not just one, everyone, bring your own!). Toiletteries half used by previous guests, not replaced. Soap dispensers not refilled. Room cleaned just by emptying trash bin. Mug not washed after previous guest. Electric Kettle with smelly water probably after previous guest. WiiFii charged extra. Breakfast very poor. When one evening I killed a cockroach-like insect on the sheet, I checked out earlier. Noboby asked why. Front desk man just shouted from the corridor to leave the key on the desk. I didn't even wait to complain, just sprinted away.
