Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for sightseeing and access to public transport. Many also appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, which contributed positively to their stay. However, there were widespread complaints about cleanliness, with several guests describing rooms and bathrooms as dirty or outdated. The bathrooms were frequently criticized for being extremely small, poorly maintained, and having inadequate water pressure. Breakfast was generally seen as minimal and disappointing, with limited options and early finishing times. Despite some positive aspects, many guests felt the hotel did not offer good value for the price paid.
