Good location next to tube, good breakfast, good for the price.
Thin walls, small rooms
My stay at London Town Hotel was pleasure for me. It is safe, central, clean, friendly and helpful staff. I would like to recommend this venue to everyone who is looking for excellent service, value for money, central location and quiet street with one minute walk to all local amenities.
I am pleased with everything.
Location is perfect, only 2 minutes from the tube. Hotel is clean, staff ok.
the location is perfect and the room & facilities were very good..
staff were very welcoming and helpful, position very quiet.
Would have liked brown bread at breakfast
The room was big and really clean. The bed was very comfortable as well and the location superb!
The only problem I had is that the floors were very squeaky and as a light sleeper it kept me from sleeping the whole night! The person on the room above mine walked around their room making a whole lot of noise to my taste.
Hotel is run by a charming Indian family. The older children staff the reception desk and are polite and efficient. The hotel is an adequate, clean 2 to 3 star budget hotel in a convenient location.
Room fixtures and fittings are a little tired. Bed (standard double) is too short for someone my height (6' 2"). Lifts stop between floors necessitating use of a few stairs (up or down) to reach room coridoors. Rooms, like those in many London Hotels, are a little squeezy.
included breakfast was very basic, poor value for money overall.
really good breakfast
the single room was too smal, and you could ear the others room's noise
The staff were very friendly and accommodating, bits of the hotel seem to be having a face lift which was good to see.
Some rooms were far too small and shouldn't be allowed. Slightly larger shower cubicals as very hard to wash hair.
In the heart of London, London Town Hotel is within a 5-minute drive of Natural History Museum and Science Museum. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and an elevator.
