Hotel restaurant offered a good late night meal. Good location near Victoria Station. Easy walk to some royal sites.
HVAC system had a strong smell of mold and mildew, as did the genral hallway area.
Really nice hotel with prime location in walking distance from Victoria Station. Vegan options on the breakfast buffet which the staff were very helpful to help with.
Looked as if the flooring in the bathroom had spots of black mold.
Location, cleanliness, professional manner of manager, food ok
Young girl who covered the bar who was very unhelpful and clearly didn't want to be there. Like a sullen teenager. Didn't know what a 175ml glass of wine was and had to drag answers out of her. i.e. price of wine and whether house wine available. Covered her badge to hide her name. Also child in the café with loud tinny music on ipad with no ear phones and had to move twice to escape it. Answer I got the next day was "It's a family hotel " Problem wasn't the child but the music.
Very spacious rooms for London with enough facilities to leave your stuff. Tea making facilities Bed was comfortable Staff was very friendly Close to Victoria station, which gives easy access to many tube lines, coaches, trains; walking distance to Buckingham Palace
Area around Victoria - as many big stations - is attracting people living on the street. We never felt uncomfortable though
