Room very good, excellent en suite. Excellent breakfast, though coffee refills would have been nice, as would fruit juices. Friendly staff
Room on busy road so some road noise but not disruptive through the night Some areas could do with a little updating (stairways for example). Soap dish chipped. These things make the hotel look less than it is. No instructions for coffee machine but easy to work. No milk provided for first day but I am sure it would have been had I asked! A small fridge would have been great.
Couldn’t fault our stay. Welcomed by friendly staff (Renata and Alice were particularly helpful and attentive during our stay) and led straight up to the lovely room. (As it’s in a pub was able to take a couple of drinks up too which was great) Bed was so comfortable, and the bathroom was well laid out with great water pressure which meant I could run a luxurious bath in next to no time or choose to have a rain shower. Coffee machine in the room in the morning before a delicious leisurely breakfast which was included and served until 11am at the weekend. Parking included too which was really convenient for us. Incredible value for such a high quality stay, would definitely book again.
Nothing. Exactly how I would want a hotel to be.
Thoughtful and caring staff. Amazing breakfAst.
Personalised and comfortable
Honestly, this hotel will go down in history as one of my favourites. The rooms were wonderfully clean and well kept. The staff (especially Renata and Alastair, sorry if I spelt your names wrong!!) were incredibly accommodating and so helpful, I can’t fault them one bit. Highly recommend Tulse Hill Hotel and their amazing service.
Friendly, helpful, felt very welcome and good chat. Remembered my last visit and volunterred assistance throughout.
