Cons (-) I received a message from the BonVoy app at 10am in the morning saying my room was ready. When I arrived at 1pm, the front desk staff told me my room wasn't ready and I'd have to wait a few hours. Ridiculous! They weren't even apologetic. Pros (+) Staff was really friendly, the room was recently remodeled and nice.
Cons (-) The lobby and entrance was all under construction. Self parking was more expensive than Vegas. Newly remodeled rooms smelled of paint and fresh carpet made it difficult to sleep.
