Guests appreciated the friendly service and convenient location, but many expressed dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of the rooms, limited and poor-quality breakfast options, and issues with the pool being closed or not well maintained. While some found the rooms clean and comfortable, others reported problems such as musty odors, dirty linens, and maintenance issues. The staff was often described as helpful and accommodating, though some guests were disappointed by extra charges and lack of amenities.
