Pros (+) I enjoy staying at A loft properties, Aloft Louisville downtown was the perfect location for attending the Forcastle Waterfront weekend event.
Cons (-) Had to make three attempts making coffee to get one cup that did not curdle from the spoiled hotel provided half & half creamers.

Cons (-) We arrived at 5pm for check-in and we told to wait because rooms were not clean - Garth Brooks concert the night before. Poor management and service, they could have offered us a free drink while we waited. Instead they guided us to their overpriced bar. They told us 20 minute wait, turned into 1 hour until we were able to get into our room. Not what I expected for the price and the hotel reviews.

Pros (+) Loved the location, downtown bars and the KFC Yum Center were all a comfortable walk away.
Cons (-) Did not like the price of the hotel. But the location was so good I would pay it again.

Pros (+) The staff was very attentive and easy to work with. The location was perfect for the concert at the YUM center.
Cons (-) the layout of the bathroom isn't what I would associate with a high end hotel. It had the feeling of a gym shower. I believe they fell short on the design there. Taking a shower and standing on a wet floor to get dressed is not ideal.
