I was very disappointed in my stay at this location and I am starting to question Embassy Suites as a whole. The hotel looked nice but the pool was very cloudy and the phone in our room was broken. The staff was rude and they made it clear they didn’t care of the situation. 12 cars had been broken into. One of them being our rental. Pros (+) Nice pool, nice decor, great dining floor with complementary breakfast and early evening refreshments. Convenience to venues on 4th Street Live. A good safe place for families even with young children, and still stylish.
