Pros (+) Great location- not so busy as Opatija. Waterfront. Avoid rooms facing the foad- that may be bouse.. Otherwise great place. Walk up early and walk on promenade, eat fresh figs from the tree in front of the building, take a coffee ( 100-200 meters right by promenade)
Cons (-) No parking at facility but lot of free parking nearby- need find yourself. No beach but you can walk left or right 100 feet and find coves. About 500 feet left- greT public beach with aqua park, great restaurant and everything you need
