10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff and they helped in getting us to where we wanted to go. The home cooked meals were delicious and they accommodated a gluten free requirement. The location gave us easy access to shopping and walking and just enjoying relaxing weather. A great experience for part of our first visit to Italy.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We asked for a late check out of a half hour later. There check out is already later at noon. They were accommodating. My family enjoyed the breakfast. There was a wide selection and fresh fruit of pineapple, kiwi and strawberries. Also the hotel offered us eggs. The location was great. Close to good restaurants and train station. It was also quiet. We booked two rooms as we had 2 adults and four children between the ages of 16 and 10.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the homely feel, parking right outside, breakfast loads of fresh fruit cereals, pastries and we had dinner also was lovely lots of pasta and lovely steak cooked to perfection and wine for €15 amazing. Comfy beds and very clean x

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent all round. Very comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Great buffet breakfast with excellent selection.
Cons: I liked it all. No issues.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was very clean and comfortable and my room was very tastefully furnished with little details that set it apart from the typical 'clinical' hotel room. I also ate in the restaurant (they were kind enough to provide dinner even though I did not arrive until 21.15 or so) and the food was the best I had during the week I spent in Italy - and incredibly good value for money. Breakfast was also amazing with the choice of cakes, tarts, pastries etc. rivalling that of a baker's shop and plenty of savoury choices as well. The hotel is centrally located about a 10 minute walk from the train station.

Cons: Breakfast served in the room
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very good hotel! Rooms are very comfortable and quiet.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast (including piping hot croissants) delivered to the bedroom. Beautiful bedroom. Located on lovely walking street just a short walk from the train station.
Cons: Noisy karaoke bar across the street.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: nice room, nice bathroom, nice location, and a very good croissant for the breakfast
Cons: We arrived in the evening, in streamed rain. Nobody was at the property, however I signed befor our check in time. I called the number, and a very very very unfriendly man talked to me: "he don't know when he'll arrive, we have to wait" in the cold rain. After he came (15minutes), and made the check in (everything in italian, however I said "please in English" ) had still a rude, boor style. (I understand, he had to jump in, supplant, but it is not in order to be rude with the paying guests. )
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was a great room
Cons: Doesn’t have lift
9.6 Excellent
Cons: Difficult to find, sat nav brought us to street at b back of property. Parking on street

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very good hotel and location
8.8 Excellent
Pros: room size - bathroom - staff - breakfast in room
Cons: wifi not working my junior suite was right at the entrance - reception. Could ear all the noises
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room we were in was very spacious; very high ceilings, huge bathroom, bartable with stools, little balcony facing the central square. At the square there were lots of people chatting and strolling around, kids playing, very nice to watch from the balcony. Bathroom was very beautiful, large and clean. Personnel was very nice and showed us on a map what was there to see and where to eat. Unfortunately we arrived on a Monday night, so most of the restaurants she mentioned were closed, but with some help from the nice paople of Foggia we found a nice pizzeria. The city itself doesn't have a lot to offer, since it got bombed during WW II, but it's great base for trips in the area. We went to Monte San Angelo, very nice trip on a mountain where it's was nice and fresh and with a great view.
Cons: Breakfast is served in the room, which is fine, but when we arrived we immediately had to order breakfast for the next morning. It would have been better if there was a menu in the room from which you could choose, so you had a bit more time to decide. Breakfast itself was very well!

Cons: Loved this property
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property was exactly as described, a delightful authentic family home that we felt very welcome in. It was authentic and quirky, very personal and well loved. The breakfast was spectacular and original, we felt very well attended to, wished we stayed longer. Really interesting lively little town. If you are looking for that authentic old Italian central grand home feel this is for you. Really clean, lovely linen, basically everything was lovely. Thank you kindly.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was amazing! We found the B&B charming and stylish. The owners assisted us in every possible way. It is a place to be definitely seen!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property is loved and respected and this came across in its decor. The rooms were not pretentious, but elegant and in keeping with the palazzo and how it would have been used in its day. Antonio and his father are friendly and interesting people, with a passion for Lucera. Breakfast was outstanding, in the little courtyard garden with history dripping off the walls! Antonio presented us with a true feast and my gluten intolerance was not a problem with the tremendous spread of options he gave us. Excellent coffee, too!
5.8 Okay
Pros: Not much
Cons: The arrival was a disaster. 40 degree heat, we waited outside for 50 minutes not realising the owner was inside. He knew we were there as we had phoned to say we had arrived, but we had to phone a second time to get the door opened.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Good welcome and Nice place
Cons: Bathroom
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The immensely large room suite . the very large and nicely decorated bathroom with old floor tiles. the frescoes on the very high ceilings of the room.the pavement in ancient stone in the room.the nice little garden with centenary old trees where breakfast is served in Richard Ginory old pottery with nice silvery cutlery and an old crystal water carafe.Fresh juice is from the oranges in Gargano. The cherry jam is home made by a lady who has fruit trees in her garden ( only 12 pot were done!).The palace building of this B&B is a family loved one and well cared of: very clean and beautyfully decorated with antiques and old objects, mirrors and paintings. The linen huge white curtains in the rooms were disegned in the 80' by the family and hand embroiderd by local women. It is an exceptionally nice B &B!
Cons: Nothing.everything was exceptionally good!

Pros: Staff really friendly and helpful B&B was in a character old building. Room was large, tastefully decorated and was dominated by a large mural.
Cons: Bread at breakfast was just white sliced
7.5 Good
Pros: The friendlyness and willingness of the staff
Cons: The notices pinned everywhere in the room: "don't throw anything into the WC!" (everyone should know it ), "don't do this!" , "don't do that!" , but the best was: "don't try to tune up the air conditioning system, only the specialist is allowed to... you guest can only turn it on or off ...." What? To forbid to tune the air conditioning? It's not a nuclear power station !
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff are very friendly
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was perfectly located for us a short walk to the station. The room was spacious and the staff were very attentive and helpful. They gave us a wonderful restaurant recommendation too.
Cons: Because our room was in street level we needed to keep the curtains drawn, which was a shame. The breakfast was very basic.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The B&B was easy to find. Roberta, her sister and the guy at the front desk (unfortunately wendon't know his name) were very nice to us and helpful to find the parking place, what was a bit tricky. Suggestion: Make a note at the information for the hotel where the entrance of the parking place ist. The room (no. 6) was very nice and large, the bathroom was huge and had a balcony. The mattrasses were very comfortable. Breakfast was ok.
Cons: The room was in front of the road. Unfortunately the trucks where driving to fast during the night what was quite noisy. The windows are not isolated.

Cons: Everything was perfect
5.8 Okay
Pros: Bed was fine, generous for upgrading our room to what we initially booked. room was spacious
Cons: Hot water ran out quickly, every time you used the water the pump would run and was noisy breakfast was poor was unlimited in choices, very noisy day and night even with windows shut, too many keys to different entrances, no safe for valuables, no microvawe as was advertised
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was beautiful and the staff were very friendly and helpful. One of the most positive experiences I have had staying at a B&B in Italy so far. It is also right next to some of the nicest parts of Foggia, which is overall a lovely city. Would highly recommend!
Cons: Nothing bad to say...

5.8 Okay
Pros: The Studio is lovely with the bed upstairs and the authentic walls.
Cons: We checked in at 14.30 with an electronic code on the door. The room card for the first apartment was already in an envelope ready for us without someone at the reception. This apartment didn’t have a kitchen. Because we booked and needed a kitchen, we requested for a change. Via telephone we were told, the change would be possible at 17.00. We strolled trough the city and returned to the hotel at 17.00. Until 17.35(!) nobody showed up and we waited. We called at 17.15 & were told she would be there in 10 minutes. We said we would be waiting since 17.00, but she didn’t say sorry on the phone or when we finally met her. The kitchen isn’t well equipped. There is only one hot plate, but at least it’s induction. For this reason it would be possible to get two things hot at a time, but it isn’t as effortlessly as it should be. There isn’t a water heater and no things for coffee making! The fridge only works when you turn the room card in, we were only given one card, so when we left we took the card as a key with us - no cooling fridge.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Newly remodeled so everything is modern and comfortable. Right next to city center.
Cons: Shower head was a little leaky, so the water pressure was not great. Seemed like an installation error because was new.
7.9 Good
Pros: Location, interesting design of the hotel inside and comfortable bed
Cons: Didn’t like breakfast. That is ok for one or two days....At the Breakfast was only one croissant and coffee. For 5 day days that was too much for me to eat the same food.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room has all the facilities you need.Good wifi, kitchen tools, furniture looks new, all as described on booking. They have an option to receive breakfast in room, there is a machine that sells water and coffee on the lobby. Staff was great. They helped to book another room for 3 more days since we needed to stay more. Location is 10 min walk to train station, 1min to P.Garibaldi and Corso V.Emanuele. Small shops nearby. Would stay here again if ever going back to Foggia.
Cons: N/A

Cons: Breakfast was basic - coffee and croissant from bar across the street

Pros: Very comfortable
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location near railway station. Short walk into city centre. Very secure property. Useful drinks machine in the foyer. Breakfast at nearby cafe - lovely croissants. Staff helpful in looking after our main bags while we went to Tremiti Islands.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: It was located very close to the train station and felt safe in what seemed like not such a great area. Room was clean and there was a kettle for making tea and a small vending machine for coffee and snacks. The person was there when I arrived to show me everything and give me the keys etc. The breakfast is coffee and pastry at a cafe just across the road. The coffee was excellent and a small selection of delicious pastries. The bed was very comfortable and the wi-fi was excellent in the room I was in (Room 1).
Cons: It is very hard to find. A few basic instructions on the booking information would be enough! Communication was poor, despite sending messages to inform of arrival time and a quick question, I got no response. It wasn’t an issue as everything okay but a simply reply would be polite. The room was very dark and the one day I raised the shutters I could not figure out how to close them again and the curtains were paper thin so had to sleep in a very lit room. I don’t think it was double glazing as there was a lot of noise from the street below, I was fine but a light sleeper would not have got much sleep! A small fridge in the room would have been a nice touch. Overall I think I would stay here again if in Foggia.
7.1 Good
Cons: Let everyone know to call before you arrive. No signage and they do not speak English.
6.7 Good
Pros: Staff
Cons: Noyse from outside the room and from the street. Poor insulation

Pros: The hotel was clean, comfortable and well located with easy access to the centre. The breakfast was delicious too. And the welcome, hospitality and friendliness of the owner was excellent. The wifi was fast and reliable which saved me using my precious data allowance. I have no qualms in recommending this as a place to stay.
Cons: Vehicular access and parking is a little awkward, but once things were explained it wasn't a problem. I eventually parked outside the controlled zone and walked in. This in itself revealed excellent value eating places outside the centre which were not too busy but frequented by locals.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very nice and helpful.

Cons: The noise outside.

Pros: Swimming pool surrounded by a really beautiful garden
Cons: If I could would rate them more that 10! Impeccable under every aspect and the ground is fantastic.
4.6 Okay
Pros: It’s definitely past it’s prime. The first suite we where given had a broken latch on the door so it would not lock, we then moved to another suite where the shower was broken .... in 1985 I’m sure it was the best place to stay in town. Morano chandeliers and nice old world charm but badly understaffed and at most there where 5 people staying there.

Cons: Breakfast
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very good breakfast
Cons: - very poor wifi - in the build there are 2 swimming pool. One of this is unmanaged and water is very unclean
7.5 Good
Pros: The stuff was really friendly, the room was spacious. It is nice to be able to open the full window, that overlooked the pool, and get some fresh air in the morning. The breakfast options are brilliant! You can make your own fresh orange juice from the best oranges ever!! :)
Cons: The mini bar :( Considering the quite remote location of the hotel, it would be nice to be able to have some food and drinks out of the usual lunch/dinner hours. Having said so, the stuff were really trying to help out with whatever they could , but it would be better to have it as a room service menu option.
7.9 Good
Cons: No shop no transportation
7.0 Good
Pros: Beautiful hotel with great facilities if only they cared about guests staying rather than just on weddings being held there.
Cons: pool bar could not even provid a snack, coffee machine broken. Most the staff are extremely rude and unhelpful apart from Monica on reception who bent over backwards to help.
6.7 Good
Pros: Good pool, great reception area
Cons: Felt a bit strange. I think it’s because it’s a bit out of town and when there are not many people staying there it’s just a bit weird. Nothing wrong with anything at all, just a strange vibe.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The breakfast buffet had a citrus juicer with fresh local oranges and lemons. Nice way to start the morning. The coffee ordered from the staff was quite good. The jacuzzi tub in the room was spacious, even when just using it for the shower.
Cons: We found the hotel staff at reception to be not unpleasant but somewhat Indifferent. While the bell staff was very friendly and helpful with baggage and local tips, reception was not communicative. Our questions were answered very curtly and my partner and I at separate times commented how they made you feel like you were interrupting them from a very important task. An exception was Anna; she was responsive and pleasant. Also, I do not like that they hold your documents (residency IDs - or passports, I assume if you are traveling with that) for the duration of the stay. Additionally, they print the restaurant menu every day, which is nice. However, on New Year’s Eve they printed an a la carte menu for that evening so when we found no local places open for dinner, we returned to the hotel to eat there (it’s about a 10 minute drive to the nearest town) and the reception told us there was no a la carte dinner available...only the New Year’s Eve party menu which was much more expensive.

Pros: Hotel is situated on one of the main entrances to the old town. Staff were very accommodating when we asked to be moved from our first room because it was noisy. Breakfast left a lot to be desired, very small selection.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent quality B&B. Just on the edge of the old city walls. Friendly staff. Excellent value for a huge suite.
Cons: Check in was a bit of a shambles. I was late and keys had been left outside for me. However they neglected to tell me this. The breakfast selection was a bit sparse.
5.8 Okay
Cons: No-one on reception at 5pm when I arrived to check in. No instructions received as to how to get into the building/my room. I was expecting a double room with a kitchenette as I am sure that is what I booked. But I had a double room with a fridge, that wall all. No facility to make a hot drink and nothing available at the B&B any time of the day or evening. Breakfast was very poor - at 8.00am there was no crockery or cutlery to use. The tea was luke warm eventhough it was just made. Cornflakes were stale and juice was pure sugar. I had a warm croissant and tepid tea for 3 euros. The heating in the room never came on at all and in January it was very cold. Reception was only manned in the morning to check out - rest of day there was nobody around.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Decent breakfast. Big room. Great location.
7.9 Good
Pros: Good clean place, very friendly people
9.6 Excellent
Pros: A very large, comfortable room with a big bathroom. Location right next to a gate to the Centro was also good. Free parking outside the front door was also a bonus.
Cons: Breakfast was a little on the ordinary side. Some fruit or juice would have been nice.
7.5 Good
Pros: Location (close to the town centre), room quite big
Cons: The staff was basically away all the time and it wasn’t that easy to check in. The room has been cleaned only once out of three nights spent there

Cons: It was very warm in the room
5.5 Okay
Pros: Large room & clean hotel.
Cons: Front desk person when we arrived was not friendly, and was condescending. Then when checking out, staff made us pay for room even though it was paid in advance. Then when we complained, we had to wait an extra half hour before they refunded our cash payment. They blamed booking.com for issue. The air conditioner was too small for the large room.
8.8 Excellent

Cons: The parking was to far and there was only one remote
7.9 Good
Pros: Comfortable spacious room and bed. Good position close to railway station and city center

Pros: Friendly, great food, very clean. This was a last minute stop while driving thru Italy. It was fantastic! The town has a great history & this family hotel was perfect. Thank you, grazie!
Cons: Everything was perfect
7.9 Good
Pros: Food quality was great, staff were brilliant. Old style hotel and decor, if you like modern don't go. Quiet which is what we wanted and it might just be early September impact.
Cons: Bathroom shower, was a dribble, approach roads being resurfaced / rebuilt (SEP 19) restaurant not open Sat Evening, but we did have as great.meal out so.... Menu was limited choice fine for a weekend.
7.5 Good
Pros: Very good price for a hotel with good standards. Our room (and bathroom) was clean and the beds comfortable. The A/C works very good!
Cons: It is rather a bit out of city-bounds, but since we knew that, it was perfectly ok.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location close to train station
Cons: Met my expectations
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was plentiful and it was served in nice dining room. The rooms were clean and the hotel itself is peaceful. It's got a nice lounge area for the guests, very comfortable. It is very central-- we had gone to see Bryan Ferry play a concert in the main square, and the hotel was five minutes away from that. The desk clerks were professional and we felt safe in our hotel and in our room. Overall, it's a quiet , clean, respectable hotel that seems managed well. Not "fancy" but not bad at all, either., for the price (I paid 69 euro for a double room stay on a Saturday evening)
Cons: They could have told us they had a bar by the lounge. It looked out of service but a rummage around discovered cold refrigerated drinks available, including beer, and soft drinks. The night desk clerk was a bit annoyed I'd rummaged around but it was only a check to see if there was anything there, not to help ourselves-- to his credit, he then took over and served us drinks. It would have been less awkward if we had been told from the start that there was a bar with a limited number of drinks and we only had to ask. Other than that, no complaints-- a good, comfortable, friendly, and reasonably priced hotel.
7.5 Good
Pros: Perfect location, really close to the train station.
Cons: Very small and dark room with a window facing into an 2mx2m courtyard.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The ambience in general esp. the breakfast room.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was fine: a clean room, a very comfortable bed, good breakfast, quite place and more then comfortable location.
Cons: The only thing which made me sad was lack of communication with the hotel personnel as even receptionists didn't speak English.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location was close to restaurant and stores. The rooms were small but sufficient to spend one night.
Cons: I had two rooms booked and one of the rooms, the AC didn’t work but a fan was offered. It was ok since we were spending just one night. The breakfast was simple.
4.2 Okay
Cons: booked room with 2 single beds -got room with one big bed. Bed with very soft mattress. Very noisy street, could not sleep at all.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Friendly
Cons: Nothing

6.7 Good
Pros: Outskirts of the city, only for travellers with a car. Very simple, old hotel, do not expect much comfort and you will not leave disappointed. Late arrival is not a problem. Good parking. Internet worked well. Poor TV signal.
7.9 Good
Pros: The location is in an Industrial estate and requires car or taxi to reach the town. The staff were friendly, The breakfast was good and varied, We has chosen the hotel based on nearness to Motorways and that is what we got.
Cons: At first it seemed that the Hotel was undergoing refurbishment, (We were put in an extension of the main building). Later it appeared that the Hotel was being used to house groups of workmen from other contracts, with the restaurant being more like a canteen, However the food was good and the atmosphere jolly.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, simple, clean and perfect no thrills stopover - good value.
Cons: This is not a holiday hotel unless you’re looking for a budget hotel as a base only. It lacks anything charming.
