Summary of reviews
Guests say
The overwhelming majority of guests found the hotel extremely dirty, with frequent mentions of roaches, bed bugs, mold, and unsanitary conditions throughout the rooms and bathrooms. Many guests also complained about unfriendly or unhelpful staff, poor service, and maintenance problems such as broken amenities and unpleasant odors. While a few found the location convenient and the price low, these positives were far outweighed by the negative experiences related to cleanliness, comfort, and service.AI-generated from customer reviews
