Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praised the friendly and helpful staff as well as the convenient location, especially for access to the airport and city center. However, many reviews highlighted serious cleanliness issues, including reports of bed bugs, dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and maintenance problems. While some guests found the price reasonable and the amenities like TV and air conditioning satisfactory, the overall impression was marred by poor hygiene and rundown facilities.
