Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests highly appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the convenient location of the hotel. Many reviewers also mention the useful amenities such as kitchen facilities and lockers. However, cleanliness is a recurring issue, with several guests reporting dirty rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. Bed comfort receives mixed feedback, with some finding the beds comfortable and others too stiff or noisy. Despite these drawbacks, the positive service and amenities make for a generally pleasant stay for most guests.
