Clean, excellent location for bus and train transport and luggage storage for before and after checkin, check out. Reception staff are very nice especially Marie was lovely and one of the other staff don't know his name let us wait in thelobby till very late hours as we had a bus to catch from 5 minutes away. Bed was very comfortable.
Kettle in the room would have been nice for tea. But the staff let us have hot water which was kind.

Location was good as it was just 5 minutes walk from City Centre
Night staff was not so supportive. As it was Hot in Lyon they had put broken Fan in the Room which couldn’t be used. On requesting to provide me the proper Fan they didn’t have back up for that. Overall not satisfied.

We were three, my Mom, our friend and I. Stayed in a triple room, one night. The place is interesting in itself, it is seemingly simple but has some ambience, it's like several buildings blended in one in a surprising way. I like that. My mom liked the little balcony. And all three of us loved the breakfast. We weren't hungry until hours later.
