The location was very good. Just a few minutes walk away from the metro station. The room and bathroom was quite spacious for European standards. Staff was friendly and the food ordered from room service was so delicious!
The hotel claimed to have air conditioning and it did. However, there was a heat wave during the time of our stay and there was not a way to make the room any cooler.
was very correct
I left a book and a phone charger in the hotel room . but no one found them when i called back the hotel
Difficult to understand why a hotel is not offering umbrellas for its guests when it rains. I thought it was a standard thing for hotels.
Bed was comfy
The staff member charged me the incorrect room rate and then had to refund the difference. Resulting in me having to pay conversion rates even though it was not my fault. Very unprofessional.
This is a nice hotel; the front desk, however, gave horrible directions (in addition to refusing to pass me to another person who could understand English and provide a more clear response). They then had the nerve to actually laugh when we explained that their poor directions had taken us an hour out of our way. Please hire a more professional staff, made up those who care about your guests + can communicate.
Front desk (collegiate, ill-equipped, and unprofessional)
