Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel’s excellent location, often describing it as central, convenient, or close to key attractions. Many also highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, with several reviewers noting positive experiences with reception and overall service. Cleanliness was another strong point, with multiple mentions of tidy, well-maintained, or newly renovated rooms. However, some guests were disappointed by the small room sizes, especially on certain floors, and a few noted a lack of in-room amenities like tea or coffee facilities. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, making the hotel a popular choice for its location, service, and cleanliness.
