Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel for its excellent central location, friendly and attentive service, high standards of cleanliness, and delicious breakfast offerings. Many appreciated the personal touch from the staff, the immaculate rooms, and the overall welcoming atmosphere. Some guests noted minor drawbacks such as lack of air conditioning, noise issues in a few rooms, and the absence of an elevator, but these did not significantly detract from the positive experience for most visitors.
