Spotlessly clean, excellently located, extremely friendly staff. Room was quiet despite overlooking a busy street, as there were double windows and sturdy blinds. Couldn't wish for more, and, importantly, the price was extremely low.

The room, although small, was very clean and safe. Its aircon unit is new. The hotel's location is superb as it is walking distance to major tourist destinations and the underground metro that connects you to other parts of Madrid.
Perhaps a more prominent signage of the name of the hotel can be placed on the building or the main entrance door, particularly on the buzzer, so guests will easily see which button to press to contact the hotel's receptionist in opening the door.

nothing is good in the hotel
everything was terrible. it vas very dirty and bad smelling, it was impossible to sleep on those beds. ı never advise to anybody. my only recommendation is to the Booking.com that, they should expel this awfful hotel from their diroctory.

I liked because my room was clean and the location was excellent.
I didn't like because there was some echo in corridor, but I could sleep. And the staff didn't speak english.
