Close to the metro. Room was quite large. Neighbourhood was soso.
Unable to connect to WiFi, but that has to do with the way North American phones are set up.

The room was very comfortable, with good facilities. It was fairly near metro stations and bus lines for access to the centre of Madrid as well.
The attached restaurant didn't open until 9pm (a bit late for most English people to eat). A bit noisy one of the nights as well.

The lady on reception was very helpful with directions & maps. The metro station is 5/10 min walk away, & the bus stop is right outside the hotel which takes you to the center for €1. Its a good hotel if you are coming to watch Athletico Madrid play, its very close by. Also it is very nice to be able to park your car in a secure car park.
The smell of air freshner is very strong when you enter the room!

Nice and clean. 7 minute walk from metro. Bus stop to city center is just outside the front door. Close to big supermarket, which is great. Free wifi is good. Most staff speaks English.
Breakfast is not worth the extra 3.5 Euros- it is only a cup of coffee and a single stale pastry item.
